The company was incorporated on 26^th March, 1985 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmadabad. The company was converted in to Limited Company w.e.f. 24^th March , 1993 and change of the name of the company is Promact Impex Limited obtained change of name certificate on 21^stSeptember, 2018.

Line of Business Activate:

Nature of Industry is HDPE/PP Woven Fabrics / Bags / Tarpaulin and engaged in the Trading and Export Import of agro- commodities, minerals, metal and other.
