The company was incorporated on 26^th March, 1985 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmadabad. The company was converted in to Limited Company w.e.f. 24^th March , 1993 and change of the name of the company is Promact Impex Limited obtained change of name certificate on 21^stSeptember, 2018. The Company has changed back to the original name Promact Plastics Limited change of name certificate on 13th October, 2025 as previously we had some registration and permission that can be use for business.

Line of Business Activate:

Nature of Industry is HDPE/PP Woven Fabrics / Bags / Tarpaulin and engaged in the Trading and Export Import of agro- commodities, minerals, metal and other.

The Company’s Equity Shares are listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
